Although the treatment was the same as every other time, something was different this year, the number of children at the clinic. This year, I noticed how few children were waiting at the clinic for a vaccination, and I thought to myself, why was that so. Then I though back to the years preceding, and I realized that almost every year, the number of children at the CVS dropped. My initial thought was that people were just becoming used to herd immunity, but then I realized that it was likely that parents were becoming wary of the potential side effects these vaccines could have on their children. This lead me to my quest on finding whether or not vaccines hurt society more than they helped.
